Price is $26.45 per line for business customers with multiple lines. Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are subject to change at any time.

Charges to Install or Change Your Service
The one-time charges to install or change your service may vary, depending on the type of work that is performed. For details on these charges, see below.
Service Order Charge
You will be charged for the processing of your order when you install or make changes in your telephone service. Residence:
Initial order: $20
Subsequent Orders: $10
If you call for a MVT repair person to check the service at your home and a problem is found in either the equipment or inside wire, you will be charged a $15 per call charge for residences in Overton and Logandale, and $25 per call charge for residences in other areas. If you ask to have the inside wire problem repaired by MVT, you will be charged for the time and materials. These charges are separate from the installation of service charges.
Inside Wiring Charge
You pay this charge when you install, move or change the wiring in your home, per location.
Residence: $11.00
Business: $21.00
Central Office Line
This is a one-time charge for the work required to connect your line to our switching office, or to move your service. Residence: $12
Business: $19
Premises Visit Charge
This is the charge you pay when an installer visits your home for installation. There is a separate charge for maintenance calls requested after your service is installed. (See Maintenance Visit Charge below for more information.) Residence: $19
